Biographical Information: "Ken", as he was known to his family and friends, was a member of Hood's NAAFI canteen staff. Ken was born in Plymouth during 1922 to Robert and Charlotte Algate. He was 20 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.

Left- This photo of Ken was donated by Gary Davies. Ken was Gary's Grandfather's cousin. The photo shows Ken standing on the deck of Hood at Rosyth in 1940. Hood was there having the left gun of "A" turret replaced.
