Biographical Information: Cecil was born on 31 January 1919 in Portland, Doresetshire to George and Gertrude Andrews. He has three older brothers, Arthur, Aubrey and Reginald. Cecil is remembered as having a fine singing voice. He was 22 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
