Biographical Information: William was born on 15 July 1902 to parents Albert and Rose Atkins of Kensington, London. He was the eldest of 11 children. He was the husband of Agnes Atkins, of Maghull, Liverpool. He was 38 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
