Biographical Information: Andrew was born on 24 February 1918 in North Harbour, Placentia Bay, Newfoundland. He was a member of the Newfoundland Overseas Forestry Unit and was later transferred to the Royal Navy. Hood is believed to have been his only ship. He was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
