Biographical Information: Phillip was the husband of Isabella Ball, and son of George & Lillie Ball, of Salisbury. He entered the Navy on 10 October 1939 and was posted to H.M.S. Hood the following February. He was 21 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
