Biographical Information: Percival was born on 11 June 1923 in Ealing, Middlesex. He was trained at H.M.S. Ganges and his only active assignment was H.M.S. Hood. He is believed to have served in Hood's armoury. He was 18 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
