Biographical Information: Percy was born on 05 November 1900 in Salisbury, Dorest, to parents Arthur and Rose Cabell. He was the husband of Winifred Cabell, of Wimborne, Dorsetshire. He was 40 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
