Biographical Information: Albert was born on 11 April 1913 in Portsmouth, Hampshire to Albert and Frances Campbell. He was the husband of Winifred Campbell, of Portchester, Hampshire. They had no children. He was serving as an Acting Leading Stoker (Temporary) and was 28 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
