Biographical Information: "Billy", as he was known to family and friends, was born on 20 January 1897 in Merton, London to Frederick and Susan Cleeter. He was the husband of Violet Cleeter, of Bitterne, Hampshire. He was 44 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
