Date Joined Hood: February 1940
Biographical Information: Thomas was the husband of Kathleen Cogger, of Fareham, Hampshire. He was the son of William and Eliza Cogger. Thomas was a member of "X" turrets gun crew. Prior to serving in Hood, Thomas spent seven years aboard the Royal Yacht, "Victoria and Albert". He was 39 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
