Biographical Information: Cyril was born on 03 January 1917 in Trelaw, Glamorgan, Wales to Thomas and Beatrice Cox. He was the husband of Marian Cox, of Worthing, Sussex. He attended St. Andrews School in Worthing. He was also known to be a keen Scout. Before joining the Navy he was a decorator for local firm E. Snewin.

Cyril was 24 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
