Biographical Information: Leslie was born on 25 August 1911 in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire to Frank and Lily Fisher. He was the husband of Gertrude Fisher, of Burton-on-Trent. Prior to joining the Navy in 1937, he worked as a hairdresser. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
