Biographical Information: Cecil was born on 13 April 1918 in Ramsgate, Kent to Charles Edward and Dorothy Fitchew. He was the husband of Elsie Fitchew, of Broadstairs, Kent. He was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
