Biographical Information: Victor was the son of Frank and Ellen Garman, of Lancing. He attended North Lancing School, and worked at Eakings, a DIY shop in Lancing. The family later moved to Worthing, Sussex. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
