Biographical Information: Neville was born on 06 July 1922 to William and Ruth Garry, of Smethwick, Staffordshire. He attended Smethwick Junior Technical School from 1934 to 1937.

Neville joined the Navy shortly after leaving school. he was trained at H.M.S. Ganges and was then posted to Hood. He fathered a daughter very shortly before his loss at the age of 18. We have no additional information.
