Biographical Information: Albert was born on 12 May 1918 in Reading, Berkshire to Henry and Lula Levy. The family later lived in Par, Cornwall. A.R.I.B.A. He is known to have had a younger brother named Michael (known as Michael Metcalfe). He was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
