Biographical Information: Tommy, as he was known, was born on 13 May 1912, the son of Captain Henry Luxmoore (RN retired). The family lived at Plantation College, Bearsted (Maidstone, Kent). He was educated at the King’s School Rochester and at Lancing College from 1926 to 1929. Upon joining the Navy he became a paymaster and ultimately the Flag Captain's secretary. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
