Biographical Information: "Louie" as he was known, was born on 25 October 1912 in Dover, Kent to Thomas and Elizabeth Manton. He attended the Holy Trinity school and later worked at the Tilmanstone Colliery. He was 28 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
