Biographical Information: "Jim" as he was known to his family and friends, was the born on 30 August 1920 in Warington, Lancashire to James and Mary Mulligan. The family later lived in Enhorn, Andover, Hampshire. He was 20 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
