Biographical Information: Frank was born on 01 January 1920. He was one of eight children born to Thomas and May Murphy, of Eastbourne, Sussex. His brother Tommy (William Thomas Murphy) also served in Hood (June 1939 to March 1941).

Frank was 21 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
