Service: Royal Marines Rank: Marine Service Number: PO/X 100578 Date Joined Hood: Unknown Biographical Information: Walter was the only son of Stanley and Gertrude Orrell, of Allesley Old Road, Coventry. Prior to joining the Marines, he worked in a hardware shop on Allesley Old Road. He was 23 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
