Biographical Information: Lancelot was born on 26 October 1912 in Newport, Isle of Wight to Launcelot and Rose Phillips. He was the brother of Raymond Thomas Phillips, also lost in Hood. He was 28 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
