Biographical Information: Ronald was born in Delhi, India January 22, 1919, to LtCol George Phillips and Margaret Phillips. The family later settled in Edinburgh. He was 22 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.

Ronald saved photos and a narrative of the action at Mers el-Kebir (Oran) in July 1940. Click here to view this material.
