Biographical Information: Frederick was the son of Albert and Ann Scattergood, of 18 Westwood Road, Coventry. He worked for G.C. Weston and Co. before joining the Navy. He was also once a member of the Gosford Street Boy Scouts. He was 20 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
