Biographical Information: William was born on 01 September 1919 in Uphall, Linlithgow, Scotland to Thomas and Margaret Trowbridge. The family later lived in Edinburgh. He was serving as an Acting Petty Officer and was 21 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
