Biographical Information: Charles was born on 25 February 1908 in All Saints, Hastings, Sussex to Godfrey and Frances Wingfield. He was the husband of Alice Wingfield, of Southsea, Hampshire. He was 33 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
